About Chania Greece

Chania is a city which belongs to the southern most and largest of the Greek islands ideal for amazing holidays, Crete. The prefecture of Chania covers the western section of the island and subdivided into five provinces : Kydonia, Kissamos, Apokoronas, Selino, and Sfakia. The main cities of the prefecture are Chania, the capital, and Kastelli in Kissamos. The main towns are Paleohora and Kandanos in Selino, and Hora Sfakion in Sfakia.

Kalives and Almirida, east of Souda, are lovely such as the south cost beaches of Paleochora, Sougia and Loutro.
