Easy Check-in with KLM

KLM offers a variety of high-quality services in order to satisfy its costumers and their needs. Check-in can be performed at the check-in counters at the airport, but also like that:

Online Check-In:

In order to check-in online, you need to have an e-ticket and the number of the credit card or Miles & More card that has been used during the booking of your flight. Online ckeck-in can be performed for all flights of the same day and from 18:00 for the flights of the following day.

Wap Check-In

Wap chek-in is available for all flights operated by KLM and is in german as well as english. In order to use the wap services of KLM, you need to have an e-ticket and a mobile phone that supports wap services.

Luggage

Economy class passengers can carry up to 20kg luggage for free, business class passengers can carry up to 30kg and first class passengers up to 40kg. Economy class passengers can carry one piece of hand luggage, whereas business and first class passengers can carry 3 pieces of hand luggage.
Members of Star Alliance Gold Status are allowed to transfer 20kg luggage more for free, while members of the KLM Frequent Traveller program can carry 40kg without regard to the class of the tickets they have booked (LH/OS/NG/VO)

Miles & More

The Miles & More is the frequent flyer program of KLM with which you collect miles and win air tickets and many other prizes KLM may offer.
